We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of body care and hair care products. If you are not happy with your order, please review the return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not qualify for return once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Clear images of damage or incorrect item

After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the return period
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
